Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
• Basic design skills with ability to adapt print layouts for digital formats.
• Basic knowledge of CSS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Designing visual assets for email campaigns, social media, print materials, catalogs, and product sell sheets.
• Developing creative concepts and design solutions for marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with project goals and marketing strategies.
• Editing and refining existing creative assets as needed.
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
• Supporting quality assurance reviews of creative assets before publication.
• Reviewing layouts, imagery, typography, content placement, and formatting for accuracy and consistency.
• Identifying and correcting design, formatting, and content-related issues.
• Maintaining high-quality standards across all creative deliverables.
• Staying up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
