Job summary

RipeConcepts, Inc. is seeking a highly creative Graphic Specialist to join the design team in Cebu City.

You will translate client visions into visually compelling narratives for digital, print, and packaging, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver production-ready designs under tight deadlines. You will design graphics and layouts using industry tools on macOS, maintain brand consistency, and stay updated on trends.

Job description

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Graphic Specialist to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating client visions into high-impact visual narratives across digital, print, and packaging mediums. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver polished, production-ready designs under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with clients and the internal creative team to conceptualize, develop, and execute compelling visual solutions.




• Design original graphics, high-quality illustrations, and sophisticated layouts tailored to specific brand guidelines.




• Efficiently revise and refine designs based on constructive feedback from clients, account managers, and the Creative Director.




• Prepare, pre-flight, and package files flawlessly for digital publication, web distribution, or print production.




• Keep a finger on the pulse of the industry, staying updated on emerging design techniques, visual trends, and software advancements.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience as a Graphic Designer, supported by a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and/or print design work.




• Self-motivated, highly organized, accountable, and a proactive team player who thrives under tight deadlines.




• Eager to learn, adapt, and tackle complex creative challenges.




• Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.




• Must be amenable to work onsite, Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM.

Required Skills and Tools:

• Graphic Design, Illustration, Typography, Layout Design, and Color Theory.




• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator).




• Comfortable working in a macOS environment.




• Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Adobe InDesign, XD, and After Effects (AE) is a major plus.




• Client Communication is a Must: You must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. This role requires the ability to confidently present design concepts directly to clients, articulate creative decisions, actively listen to requirements, and professionally navigate client feedback to ensure project success.
