Role Overview
The Creative Production Coordinator supports the Creative Team in sourcing, coordinating, and managing customers, subjects, influencers, talents, creators, and other external partners for content production, testimonials, campaigns, PR initiatives, and creative assets. This role serves as the primary coordinator between the Creative Team and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of production requirements from sourcing and scheduling to shoot-day support and project completion. This is a highly coordination-focused role. The majority of the work involves actively sourcing, reaching out to, and managing customers, subjects, influencers, talents, and external partners for content production, campaigns, testimonials, and brand assets.
Customer and Subject Sourcing: Find and contact potential customers or subjects for testimonials, interviews, product stories, campaigns, and other creative requirements.
Influencer and Talent Sourcing: Find and contact influencers, talents, creators, KOLs, or external personalities needed for campaigns, PR packages, shoots, and creative assets.
Shoot Coordination and Production Planning: Coordinate schedules, call times, shoot requirements, location details, and reminders for customers, subjects, influencers, or talents.
On-Shoot Support: Serve as the main contact person for the customer, subject, influencer, or talent during the shoot.
Tracker Management and Status Updates: Update the Creative Team Production Tracker with shoot status, missing requirements, schedules, and next steps.
Production Administrative Support: Track shoot-related expenses such as transportation, talent needs, products, props, meals, and other approved production costs.
- Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Business, or any related course.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in coordination, marketing, influencer management, events, customer relations, content production, or related work is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging customers, influencers, talents, and external partners.
- Resourceful in sourcing leads, building networks, and coordinating through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to conduct fieldwork or provide on-site support when required.
