You will report to the Senior Content Lead and drive asset creation across graphic design, photography, and short-form video. Responsibilities include maintaining brand standards, coordinating the daily posting schedule, and collaborating with the team to brainstorm campaigns, adapt content based on data feedback, and achieve marketing

About the role

Reporting directly to the Senior Content Lead, this position is responsible for the day-to-day execution and production of the brand's visual and digital output.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality digital assets, including graphic design layouts, photography, and short-form video content aligned with established brand guidelines.

• Maintain strict adherence to visual and narrative standards, ensuring all published outputs comply with the creative direction set by leadership.

• Coordinate, update, and execute the daily posting schedule across multi-channel digital platforms according to the master content calendar.

• Partner closely with the Senior Content Lead and the wider creative team to brainstorm campaign concepts, adapt content based on data feedback, and achieve marketing objectives within budget.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related creative discipline.

• 1–2 years of corporate or agency experience in content production, digital media creation, or social media management.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and desktop/mobile video editing applications.

• Strong organizational skills, adaptability to constructive creative feedback, performance-driven mindset, and the ability to meet strict operational deadlines.

• Submission of a comprehensive professional portfolio demonstrating multi-channel content execution is required upon application.
