Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Creative Manager to guide UI/UX, visual design, and multimedia teams into cohesive, high‑quality creative direction. You will oversee project execution, stakeholder engagement, and processes to elevate design maturity across the organization.

In this hybrid role based in the Philippines, you’ll mentor designers and multimedia artists, partner with Product and Tech, and drive scalable design systems while advocating for accessibility and innovative workflows including

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creative roles across UI/UX, visual design, and multimedia.
• At least 3 years in leadership or people management.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end creative direction across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end creative direction for UI/UX, visual design, and multimedia assets.
• Ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines and accessibility principles.
• Lead, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Build strong relationships with business units and clients.
• Collaborate with PMs to manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Stay current with design trends and advocate for process improvements and AI tools.
