Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy is seeking a design project lead in Makati to coordinate client requirements, plan and manage schedules, and supervise a multi-disciplinary design team. The role emphasizes branding integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality visual solutions across campaigns.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of related experience, strong proficiency in 2D/3D design tools, and a portfolio showcasing branding and multimedia

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in the related field.
• Proficiency in 2D & 3D design applications.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, branding and multimedia design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Drive.
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and stakeholders to determine the requirements.
• Plan projects, including creating a schedule, deadlines, and organizing resources.
• Evaluate design deliverables and team performance, delivering feedback and encouragement.
• Oversees creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects.
• Participate in conceptualization and ideation with partners to create products using best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and marketing teams to ensure design supports project success.
• Report project progress at major stages of conception, creation, and execution.
• Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign workload, and monitor deadlines.
• Review and approve design concepts to meet client needs.
• Present designs to clients for approval.
• Implement branding policies and standards to reinforce branding strategy and quality goals.
• Ensure client brand identity and bible are followed in outputs.
• Ensure designs generate agreed client engagement and satisfaction.
• Incorporate client feedback to improve team performance.
• Lead design/process improvements based on team performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients and stakeholders to determine the requirements

• Plan projects, including creating a schedule, setting deadlines, and organizing resources

• Evaluate individual design deliverables and overall team performance, delivering critical feedback where needed and encouraging team members throughout the duration of projects/sprints/campaigns

• Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects

• Take part in conceptualization and ideation and work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices

• Collaborate closely with clients and marketing teams to ensure that design is a key factor in a project management’s success

• Report the progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution

• Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines

• Reviewing and approving design concepts created by designers to ensure that they meet the client’s needs

• Present designs to clients for approval

• Implement policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals

• Ensure that the brand identity and brand bible of the client are followed in all the team’s output

• Ensure that the designs created generate the agreed engagement with the client

• Get feedback from clients and use that feedback to improve the team to ensure that clients are highly satisfied with the team’s output

• Lead the improvement of designs, processes, and policy-based on the actual performance of the team and its output

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• With a minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in the related field

• Proficient in MS Applications, Photo Shop, Illustrator and other 2D & 3D Applications

• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity and branding, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications— Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Drive

• Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills

• A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Willing to work on weekends and on some occasions

• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts or any design and media related course
