MicroSourcing is seeking a Creative Lead – Art Direction & Copywriting in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. This hybrid, dayshift full-time role focuses on leading visual and textual storytelling across the marketing funnel.

You will oversee photography, motion design, and copy creation, aligning with global brand standards and mentoring junior designers to ensure consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior creative role, ideally in hospitality or luxury travel.
• Dual expertise in Art Direction and Copywriting with strong design oversight.
• Advanced proficiency in leading a team and managing approval workflows.
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and adapting messaging across media.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of visual and messaging concepts for internal briefs, ensuring global brand standards.
• Direct all visual elements of projects, including photography, illustration, videography, and motion-led assets.
• Review and approve design work via Canva and mentor Junior Designers to maintain brand integrity.
• Create comprehensive copy decks for long and short-form content across the funnel.
• Draft ad-hoc long-form copy for websites, blogs, distribution channels, and audio scripts.

Your Role

As a Creative Lead – Art Direction & Copywriting, you will:

• Lead the development of visual and messaging concepts for internal briefs, ensuring all work meets global brand standards.
• Direct all visual elements of projects, including photography, illustration, videography, and the creation of motion-led assets.
• Review and approve design work via Canva and provide mentorship to Junior Designers to maintain brand integrity.
• Create comprehensive copy decks for long and short-form content, aligning with unique brand voices across the marketing funnel.
• Draft ad-hoc long-form copy for websites, blogs, distribution channels, and scripts for audio media (IVR/EDMs).
• Maintain the brand guidelines and knowledge repository, staying updated on industry trends to inform future creative strategies.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a senior creative role, ideally within the hospitality or luxury travel industry.
• Dual expertise in Art Direction (visual design/motion) and Copywriting (messaging mechanisms/brand voice).
• Advanced proficiency in design oversight, including experience with approval workflows and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and how to adapt messaging for different media placements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related creative field.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Demonstrated skills in motion and animation design for digital platforms.
• Understanding of SEO requirements for long-form website and blog copywriting.
• Experience managing creative output for a multi-brand portfolio with distinct visual and verbal identities.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and distribution teams.
• Highly organized with a "results-oriented" mindset to meet tight campaign deadlines.
