Job summary

ReSource E-Waste Recycling in Manila seeks a senior AI-first creative designer who leads branding and content with AI tools. You will work hands-on, taking briefs to finished assets using Canva, Claude and other AI image/video tools, while upholding brand consistency.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Brand Manager, you will develop reusable templates, design systems, and AI-guided workflows to accelerate production, with a strong emphasis on craft, typography and story.

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrated AI-design skills essential from day one.
• Proficiency with Claude and Canva for brand-aware instructions.
• Experience generating AI images and video with iterative refinement.
• Solid design craft: layout, typography, visual storytelling, quality control.
• Agency experience with portfolio showing brand adaptation.
• Experience building repeatable prompts, templates, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-assisted workflows to produce campaign and educational content, sales collateral and presentations, combining efficient production with strong design craft.
• Use Claude for research, concepts and copy. Write and refine prompts, compare creative directions and apply your judgement to turn AI output into finished work.
• Generate images and short-form video with AI tools, then refine layouts, typography and basic video edits until the assets are polished and ready for use.
• Turn the approved brand playbook into Canva brand settings, Claude instructions and reusable prompt workflows that keep AI-generated content consistent with our brand.
• Build self-service Canva templates and AI guidance so marketing and sales can create routine materials without losing brand consistency.
• Deliver strong, on-brand first drafts and take responsibility for accuracy and final quality. AI output must be checked and refined; brand-standard changes require approval.
• Improve AI-assisted workflows to increase speed, consistency and quality, and keep testing useful new tools and techniques.

ReSource is an Australian e-waste and battery recycling business with an IT asset recovery and resale division. Our Manila marketing team helps communicate technical services, explain how recycling works and create useful material for customers and sales teams.

Role Description:

This is an AI-first creative role. Strong, demonstrated AI-design skills are essential from day one, not a bonus. You must already use Canva, Claude and AI image/video tools confidently to turn briefs into polished, brand-aligned content.

You will be a senior, hands-on individual contributor reporting to the Senior Marketing and Brand Manager. Expect to use AI throughout concept development and content production while applying strong design judgement yourself. AI-enabled production and reusable brand systems will receive roughly equal priority during your first three months.

Qualifications

• Strong AI-design capability: proven, hands-on experience taking AI-assisted design from brief and prompting through iteration and final delivery. Basic familiarity or occasional AI use is not sufficient.
• Strong Claude and Canva proficiency: confident use of Claude for research, concepts, copy and brand-aware instructions; practical Canva brand-system and reusable-template building skills.
• AI image and video generation: strong practical skills in tools of your choice, including selecting, iterating and refining outputs rather than accepting the first result.
• Design craft: strong layout, typography, visual storytelling and quality control. Basic video finishing is sufficient; advanced motion graphics and programming are not requirements.
• Agency experience: creative or advertising agency work and a portfolio showing you can adapt to different brands and briefs.
• Repeatable AI workflows: experience building reusable prompts, templates or production processes, and explaining them clearly so colleagues can use them.
