Job summary

QBD is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual assets for digital, in-store and educational environments, aligning with the QBD brand across campaigns and customer touchpoints.

You will support marketing, store teams and the Education department, delivering print and digital materials, POS displays, banners, webpages, and education visuals while upholding brand consistency and design systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer in retail, publishing, media or similar environments.
• Proficiency in digital and print design workflows.
• Strong eye for detail, layout, composition and brand consistency.
• Ability to interpret briefs and convert ideas into visual solutions.
• Excellent organisational skills with multi-deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop assets that uphold brand identity across channels.
• Design digital marketing assets and in-store promotional materials.
• Create campaign kits and print-ready materials for POS displays.
• Support store teams with signage, wayfinding and event collateral.
• Design homepage banners, category graphics and education visuals.
• Collaborate with education and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
