Job summary

ZSPlace Event Catering Services in Pangasinan is seeking a motivated events assistant to support preparation and setup for a variety of occasions. You will work with the event styling team to arrange decorations and displays, and assist clients during events, while helping manage inventory and sourcing materials as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and setup of events and ensure styling elements are implemented effectively.
• Work closely with the event styling team to arrange decorations and displays.
• Support client interactions by providing excellent customer service during events.
• Help maintain inventory and assist in sourcing materials and supplies as needed.
• Stay flexible to work on-call for various events, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
