Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

With a global presence and a commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions, they are setting up a remote studio in the Philippines and seeking a dynamic Workplace Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive growth in the region.

You will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in the Philippines. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a talented team to deliver cutting-edge workplace design solutions for our clients. Your creativity, leadership, and strategic vision will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Singapore office and contributing to the continued success of our global brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Lead the design team in developing innovative and functional workplace design concepts that align with client objectives, brand identity, and industry trends.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
• Business Development: Supportin identifyingand pursuingnew business opportunities, leveraging your industry network and expertise to grow the Singapore office.
• Design Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of design excellence, pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation in workplace design.
• Market Research: Stay informed about workplace design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in workplace design, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional design projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Experience working on projects in the Philippines market is a plus.
