Job summary

New Age Digital is seeking a Head of Creative to define the overall creative vision for the NAD brands across platforms. You will translate business goals into compelling strategies, lead major campaigns, and stay ahead of industry trends.

You will mentor a team of designers, video, and copy professionals, manage workloads, and approve all assets. Collaboration with other heads will ensure timely, on-brand deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of professional managerial experience in creative design, advertising, or branding.
• Strong portfolio showing branding, campaigns and direction for multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative vision across NAD brands and touchpoints.
• Brainstorm and direct campaigns, rebrands, and launches.
• Mentor and manage the creative team, assign projects, monitor workload.
• Present concepts to upper management with rationale.
• Oversee budgets, tools, and recruitment for the creative department.
• Collaborate with department heads to plan resources and timelines.
• Ensure on-brand, error-free assets before publication.
