Outsourcey in the Philippines is hiring a creative digital assistant to support content, brand tasks, and e-commerce across Wix, Amazon, Lulu, and Etsy. You\'ll edit videos for TikTok/YouTube, design merchandise layouts, and format publications for Kindle or Lulu.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in a creative digital support, content, or brand assistant role.
• Hands-on Wix editing and content uploads without supervision.
• Proven video editing skills for short-form and long-form content.
• Experience with merchandise design and print-on-demand layouts.
• Able to manage bilingual English/Spanish content at a presentation level (EN/ES).
• Works independently, takes initiative, aligns with client vision.
• Experience with multi-platform store management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Website Management: Maintain and improve Wix site, fix broken links, refine layouts, update galleries and blogs, and reflect owner\'s creative voice.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Manage TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook—schedule, upload, assets, and consistent posting rhythm.
• Video & Media Editing: Edit short and long-form video from travel footage and archive content.
• E-Commerce & Merchandise: List products across Wix, Amazon, Lulu, and Etsy; write descriptions; design merchandise with fashion sense.
• Book & Publishing Formatting: Format books for Amazon KDP and Lulu; align with brand presentation.
• Transmedia & Brand Coherence: Support cross-channel concepts; decide on fonts, layout, color, imagery; ensure coherence across touchpoints.
