Job summary

Fly Ace Corporation is seeking a Creative Designer to translate concepts into compelling visual assets for our marketing campaigns, from concept to final artwork. You will collaborate with Marketing to meet objectives, develop visual strategies, and produce static and dynamic designs, including photos, video, and multimedia content.

Pasay City relocation is required; strong Photoshop and motion graphics skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Graphic & Creative Digital Design, Advertising, and Final Artwork.
• Background in a creative agency, FMCG, advertising, or related industry is preferred.
• Strong experience in graphic design, static/motion graphics, multimedia, and video.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop.
• Experienced in photo manipulation, digital final artwork, and print/digital production.
• Skilled in illustration, layout, concept development, and editing.
• Knowledge of AI/computer-generated imagery is an advantage.
• Photography and creative writing skills are a plus.
• Good understanding of marketing campaigns, branding, and target audiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing to understand business objectives, target audience, and creative requirements.
• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Translate written or verbal ideas into compelling visual outputs.
• Create static and dynamic layouts, mock-ups, illustrations, photography-based designs, video, and multimedia content.
• Handle projects from concept development through final artwork and production.
• Present creative concepts and incorporate feedback from Marketing.
• Participate in photo shoots when required.
• Coordinate proof production with suppliers, printers, agencies, and external vendors.
• Work closely with copywriters, suppliers, and agencies to deliver creative requirements.
