• Can manage social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X)

Bachelor's Degree is REQUIRED

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter) trends and algorithms

• Knowledge of current social media trends, viral content formats, platform updates, and audience behavior.
• Familiarity with content optimization strategies, hashtag research, audience targeting, and algorithm-driven engagement techniques.
• Ability to analyze platform insights and adjust content strategies to improve performance.

Proficient in Canva and CapCut

• Skilled in creating visually appealing graphics, social media posts, stories, reels, and promotional materials using Canva etc.
• Experienced in editing short-form videos, adding captions, transitions, effects, and audio using CapCut.
• Ability to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Content Creation and Creative Thinking

• Capable of developing engaging, innovative, and high-performing content tailored to different target audiences.
• Strong copywriting skills for social media captions, promotional posts, and campaign messaging.
• Ability to conceptualize content calendars, campaign themes, and creative strategies that increase engagement and conversions.

Social Media Account Management

• Experience managing and maintaining social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
• Responsible for content scheduling, community management, audience engagement, responding to inquiries, and monitoring online reputation.
• Ability to track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations
