Job summary

Birg Holdings’ rthmc venture studio seeks a Creative Brand Designer who can own the creative process from concept through delivery. You will develop visual identities for new ventures, design logos, color systems, and brand guidelines, and lead campaigns across social and websites.

You will work independently with strong instincts, use AI tools to enhance creativity, build reusable templates, and collaborate with venture leads to push ideas forward.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual taste and original creative thinking.
• Proven experience developing brand identities from concept to execution.
• Strong typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience creating high-quality social and digital marketing assets.
• Practical motion graphics and animation capabilities.
• Hands-on experience using AI in professional design workflows.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual identities for new ventures from concepts to brand systems.
• Translate business ideas and audience insights into distinctive creative directions.
• Design logos, typography systems, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
• Build reusable brand templates and keep ventures on-brand as they grow.
• Create websites and landing pages with no-code tools like Framer or Webflow.
• Produce social, motion, and campaign assets for digital channels.
• Create launch materials and promotional content; adapt assets across platforms.
• Collaborate with venture leads and EIRs to align objectives with creative output.
