Job summary

KwikCare Corp. is seeking a Creative and Content Manager to craft multimedia assets and strengthen the brand through cohesive visual identity.

You will manage creative strategy from ideation to execution, ensuring brand consistency across social, digital, and print channels. You will lead design, video, and data-visual content while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling, on-brand communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Creative/Multimedia Design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Google Slides/PPT and Canva.
• Strong understanding of full marketing mix.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Visual storytelling within brand guidelines.

The Role

The Creative and Content Manager is responsible for creating various multimedia assets that provide information about the company and the brand. The role drives branding through visual identity and expression that builds awareness, engagement, and trust among the target audience. This requires full creative strategy integration from ideation, conceptualization, to execution.

You're Good At

• Delivering high-quality design solutions for social media, video, web, and print:
• Graphic Design (social media ads, posters, web banners, etc.)
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics
• Data visualizations for infographics, PPT Presentations, and data reports
• Manages and conducts photo and video shoots/coverage for various projects (events, campaigns, and AVPs)
• Creating innovative designs but still upholding and preserving the corporate branding
• Collaborating and properly transacting with all internal and external partners
• Up-to-date with AI, latest design trends, and marketing best practice

Job Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in Creative/Multimedia Design
• Intermediate to advance skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Google Slides/PPT, and Canva
• General understanding of the full marketing mix
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentations skills
• Detail-oriented, strong background in organizational and project management skills
• Visual storyteller with the ability to work within brand guidelines
• Has initiative, well organized, able to handle multiple projects
• Experience in production workflow process, including but not limited to creative repository and project management tools
• Knowledge of Basic Web/HTML knowledge and UI design principles
• Background in healthcare/insurance/tech/ecommerce is a plus
• Must have portfolio of published work
