Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or related fields.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital design, branding, image editing, and social assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and modern tools; motion/video editing is a plus.
• Strong eye for clean, modern aesthetics and high-end image retouching for beauty products.
• Strong communication and team-oriented collaboration with marketing teams.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect work under tight deadlines.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Develop social media graphics, campaign visuals, promotional materials, and other digital assets.
• Adapt creatives to Mist & Co. and Refresh Natural Wellness brand identities.
• Support monthly campaigns, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and brand awareness activities.
• Collaborate with Content Strategist and Video Producer to align messaging and visuals.
• Prepare and optimize assets for different platforms and formats.
• Support image editing, retouching, layout development, and final asset preparation.
• Participate in creative discussions and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain approved brand guidelines while allowing experimentation and creative development.

We are seeking a talented and versatile CREATIVE ARTIST to bring our brand to life across digital media. In this role, you will lead the visual storytelling process—creating eye-catching graphics, compelling digital assets, and high-impact multimedia content that elevate our brand identity and engage our audience across all platforms focusing in beauty and wellness industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop social media graphics, campaign visuals, promotional materials, and other digital assets.
• Adapt creative materials to the visual identities of Mist & Co. and Refresh Natural Wellness.
• Support monthly campaigns, treatment promotions, seasonal initiatives, and brand awareness activities.
• Collaborate with the Content Strategist and Video Producer to align written messaging and visual presentation.
• Prepare and optimize assets for different platforms, formats, and advertising placements.
• Support image editing, retouching, layout development, and final asset preparation.
• Participate in creative discussions, contribute ideas, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain approved brand guidelines while remaining open to experimentation and creative development.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2–3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Artist, or Creative Specialist, ideally within the beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or skincare sectors.

• A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, image editing, and social media creative assets.

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools like Figma or Canva. Familiarity with basic motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut) is a strong plus.

• A keen eye for clean, modern aesthetic composition, color harmony, and high-end image retouching tailored to skin, beauty products, and wellness spaces.

• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude when partnering with the marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.

• Ability to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect work under quick turnarounds while managing multiple project deadlines effectively.
