Qualifications

• MBA or related business degree preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience in CPG/FMCG.
• 3+ years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Proven track record delivering innovation projects on time and budget.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management support for product and packaging innovation from concept to launch.
• Lead innovation project kick-off and align stakeholders on scope and timelines.
• Coordinate discussions and ensure key decisions are cascaded to all stakeholders.
• Foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across geos.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and deviations from the plan; address delays and risks.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and lessons learnt for future projects.
