Qualifications

• Strong project management skills to balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data reconciliation and reporting.
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cyclical compliance activities by reviewing submissions against criteria and coordinating follow-up communications to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare, reconcile, and validate data from multiple sources using Excel and reporting tools.
• Review student registration, module registration, and tuition documentation against rosters.
• Assist with administration of annual compliance and membership-related processes.
• Maintain accurate participant records and support documentation per procedures.
• Respond to routine inquiries from CPA students and escalate complex issues.
• Support process improvement, data clean-up, testing and other special projects.
