You will oversee payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, loan accounting, internal controls, budgeting, and team supervision, reporting to the VP for Loan Management and Accounting. A strong CPA credential and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant certification required.
• Experience with financial recordkeeping, reporting and payroll processes.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare basic financial reports, trial balances, and reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain records of loan transactions, repayments, and adjustments.
• Assist payroll processing and verify salary computations.
• Verify invoices for payment and track accounts receivable.
• Support tax returns preparation and filings.
• Monitor loan accounts and reconcile discrepancies with Loan Management.
• Support internal controls and assist in audits and process improvements.
