Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Licensed CPA credential.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge in general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP, QNE or similar systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese/Fukien and English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare documents and reports required for audits and government compliance.
• Monitor and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and external auditors.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of financial records.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by management.
