Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and client billing.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, management reports, and annual budget planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial reviews.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our growing IT firm. As an Accounting Officer, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and support key accounting operations. Both fresh CPA board passers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger operations, monthly closing processes, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit statutory compliance requirements, including BIR tax returns, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and client billing.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and annual budget planning.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external auditors for periodic financial reviews.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strictly required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior work experience.
• Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws, accounting standards, and BIR procedures.
