Job summary

Med-Metrix is seeking an Accountant (CPA) to maintain the general ledger and deliver end-to-end financial reporting in a Philippine-based onsite setting. The role focuses on reconciliations, month-end close, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and a licensed CPA (PRC).
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience with GL reconciliation and financial statement prep.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and end-to-end financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and perform timely account reconciliations.
• Prepare end-to-end financial reports including monthly, quarterly, and year-end statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close, journal entries and audits; strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Procurement for accurate journal entries.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and process improvements.
