Job summary

DHL Express in the Philippines is seeking a delivery driver to sort, transport, and deliver shipments along a defined route. You will interact with customers professionally, operate scanning devices, and ensure secure handling of shipments.

The role emphasizes reliable delivery performance, adherence to schedules, and vehicle maintenance as part of daily duties. Experience in courier services is preferred for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years' experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, or courier services.
• Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction codes depending on vehicle type: motorcycle, van, or truck)
• Experience in parcel handling, loading/unloading, and delivery operations.
• Familiarity with scanning devices, waybills, and delivery documentation.
• Basic knowledge of customer service and handling client interactions professionally

Responsibilities

• Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner.
• Ensure safe handling, security, and integrity of all shipments while in transit.
• To be able to communicate with Dispatch / CS when customer needs changes and uses initiative to meet customer need.
• Reconcile all non-delivered shipments and ensure priority is given to these for the next delivery cycle.
• Ensure the maintenance of allocated vehicle.

Your Task:

• Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional inter-face and image to customers and the public
• Shipment Delivery is to meet RDD and PU are uplifted as per RFU and no miss PU.
• Always attend to customer need in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
• Electronically Record via a scanner (or manually if required) all shipment process activities
• Ensure safe handling, security, and integrity of all shipments while in transit
• To be able to communicate with Dispatch / CS when customer needs changes and uses initiative to meet customer need
• Ensure all cash transactions resulting from the delivery or collection of shipments
• Reconcile all non-delivered shipments and ensure priority is given to these for the next delivery cycle
• Ensure the maintenance of allocated vehicle

What you bring?

• 1-3+ years' experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, or courier services
