Job summary

KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Source-to-Pay lead to drive end-to-end S2P implementations using Coupa across multiple geographies.

You will manage engagements, lead workshops, and mentor project teams to deliver procurement digitalization initiatives. The role requires strong procurement process knowledge, cloud/ERP integration experience, and excellence in stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing Source-to-Pay solutions in cloud tools and/or ERP systems.
• Strong procurement process knowledge and spend management principles.
• Hands-on in leading functional design workshops, creating project documentation, and leading testing phases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementation projects.
• Lead procurement transformation and digitalization projects using Coupa across geographies.
• Manage engagements and workstreams end-to-end.
• Build external networks and professional relationships to identify opportunities.
• Independently manage projects and assume roles like Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, and Change Management Support.

About the role

This role involves delivering comprehensive end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementation projects with deep knowledge of S2P functional processes. You will execute procurement transformation and digitalization projects across diverse sectors and geographies, utilizing the Coupa platform, and lead engagements and workstreams end-to-end. You will independently manage projects and undertake key roles including Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, and Change Management Support across various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive end-to-end implementation projects for the Source-to-Pay workstream

• Execute procurement transformation and digitalization projects across diverse sectors and geographies utilizing Coupa platform

• Lead engagements and workstreams end-to-end

• Identify and advance opportunities by building and leveraging external networks and professional relationships

• Independently manage projects and undertake key roles including Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, Change Management Support

• Oversee recruitment processes and provide guidance and mentorship to team members

• Stay informed on latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices

• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, create best practice documentation, and facilitate internal training and development programs

• Lead functional design workshops including requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis

• Create project documentation including to-be process flows, business process documents, configuration workbooks, testing strategy, test scenarios, test scripts, and training documents

• Lead testing phases including SIT, UAT, and Regression testing

About you

• Prior experience in implementing S2P solutions in various cloud tools and/or ERP systems

• Strong understanding of procurement processes and spend management principles

• Hands-on experience leading functional design workshops, creating project documentation, and leading testing phases

• Integration with client ERP systems experience is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Strong client management skills and experience working with global cross-functional teams

• Highly self-motivated with ability to adapt in fast-paced and dynamic environments

• Flexible to work on different P2P/CLM technologies and platforms

• Post-Graduate, MBA, or PGDM preferred; B.E/B.Tech equivalent from reputed institute

• Certifications on related technology or platform preferred
