Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Functional Manager in the Philippines to lead full-lifecycle Coupa implementations, delivering tailored solutions and building client value. You will manage workstreams from requirements to go-live, collaborating with leaders and project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or equivalent experience with at least one financial module.
• Background in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, or SCM.
• Experience designing and configuring Coupa modules.
• Experience with process re-engineering, project management, and workflow documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with data for export/import and data manipulation.
• Ability to create design documentation for sourcing, vendors, AP, contracting, and other areas.
• Comfort with AI: ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.
• Continuous learning mindset: openness to AI and automation in line with policies.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Advise key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa.
• Utilize the full Coupa suite – Procurement, Payables, Expenses and Asset Management.
• Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions in line with firm policies.
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions.
• Mentor team members on career development, technical and soft skills.
• Engage in recruiting, shadowing, marketing, business development, and practice development activities.
• Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to drive efficiencies.
