Job summary

KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. in the Philippines is seeking a Coupa-focused professional to lead and implement Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Pay solutions across multiple modules.

You will gather requirements, design future-state processes, configure workflows, and drive master data management in collaboration with ERP teams. The role requires hands-on Coupa experience, strong procurement knowledge, and experience with global deployments.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10+ years of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation and configuration experience.
• Experience delivering at least 1 to 3 full lifecycle Coupa implementations.
• Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes.
• Experience working with global or multi-country deployments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Business stakeholders.
• Design and document future-state business processes aligned with Coupa best practices.
• Configure Coupa modules, approval workflows, business rules, and organizational structures.
• Manage master data including suppliers, users, chart of accounts, cost centers, and commodity structures.
• Collaborate with ERP teams for integrations with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise systems.
• Develop functional specifications and support technical design for integrations and reports.
