Job summary

KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. in the Philippines is seeking a Coupa Consultant to lead procurement system implementations.

Based in Ayala Makati (2x RTO, 3x Work-From-Home), you'll collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to design and configure Coupa for multi-country deployments. You will conduct workshops, map future-state processes, manage master data, and align with best practices. The role requires hands-on Coupa setup across P2P/S2P modules and strong integration awareness

Qualifications

• 3 to 10++ years of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation and configuration experience.
• Experience delivering at least 1 to 3 ++ full lifecycle Coupa implementations.
• Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes.
• Experience working with global or multi-country deployments.

Responsibilities

• Coupa implementation across Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, Expense Management, and Contract Management modules.
• Conduct business requirement workshops with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Business stakeholders.
• Design and document future-state business processes aligned with Coupa best practices.
• Configure Coupa modules, approval workflows, business rules, and organizational structures.
• Manage master data including suppliers, users, chart of accounts, cost centers, and commodity structures.
• Collaborate with ERP teams for integrations with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise systems.
• Develop functional specifications and support technical design for integrations and reports.
