Job Description

The Country Manager is accountable for the end-to-end operational performance of RIMOWA Philippines, including the delivery of numerical and strategic objectives of the country.

The role leads country planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure that HQ-defined strategic objectives are delivered effectively in the Philippine market through disciplined execution, clear operating plans, and measurable results.

This role owns country operational outcomes and performance, and partners closely with Finance and Accounting, who remain responsible for financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
