Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid documents and cost estimates for projects.
• Assist in defining client requirements and feasibility studies.
• Track design changes and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets including labor, materials, equipment and services.
• Perform cost analysis and estimate project costs.
• Analyze completed projects to explain cost variances.
• Monitor costs and provide cost-control recommendations.
• Validate cost data for consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement and contract management to manage costs and negotiate contracts.
