Private Advertiser is seeking a Cost Estimator in the Philippines to join our growing team. The role targets engineering graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in cost estimation, technical coordination, and project support.

You will work with Sales, Engineering, and Procurement to prepare accurate quotations that contribute to business success and gain hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Undergraduate applicants with at least 1 year relevant experience may also apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with good time management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of pumps and motors is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary cost estimates for standard pump models
• Develop accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements
• Review and validate RFQs
• Coordinate with procurement for updated pricing and product availability
• Assist in costing, quotation processing, and purchase order validation
• Work with Sales and Technical teams to gather necessary project details
• Prepare and maintain technical and financial documentation
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all quotations for future reference
