Job summary

Jacobs in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Controls professional to provide end-to-end controls across the full project lifecycle for multiple Asia Pacific projects. You will oversee budgets, schedules, labor hours, invoicing, and cost tracking to ensure financial integrity and contract alignment.

You will support project setup and systems (Oracle, IPCS/Polaris, AutoPAP, Pricing Tools, Rev Rec), collaborate with project managers, lead earned value analysis, and drive governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with progressive experience in Project Controls.
• Experience supporting international EPC/EPCM/PMC projects across multiple industries.
• Strong Office skills and specialized project controls tools; advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query, Power BI a plus).
• Ability to analyze financial and project data and communicate insights on cost performance and forecasting.
• Solid understanding of cost control, performance management, and execution requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end Project Controls support across the full project lifecycle (pursuit to close-out) for multiple projects across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring alignment with contracts, scope, budget, and schedule baselines.
• Monitor and report financial performance including budgets, actuals, forecasts, labor hours, invoicing, and collections, ensuring accurate cost tracking and project financial integrity.
• Support project setup and systems management (Oracle, IPCS/Polaris, AutoPAP, Pricing Tools, Rev Rec), ensuring data accuracy, compliance with workflows, and proper configuration of project controls tools.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to manage scope changes, variation orders, contract reviews, and commercial decisions while providing insights on project performance and risks.
• Lead the development and implementation of the Project Controls Plan, including earned value analysis, EAC forecasting, cost control, and work breakdown structures to optimize project delivery.
• Drive reporting, governance, and continuous improvement, including participation in project reviews, audits, vendor/subconsultant tracking, and lessons learned to enhance best practices and performance.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field, with progressive experience in Project Controls.
• Proven experience supporting international projects/programs within EPC, EPCM, or PMC delivery models across various industries.
• Strong technical capability in Microsoft Office and Project Controls Systems, with advanced Excel skills (VBA, Power Query, Power BI considered a plus).
• Ability to analyze and communicate financial and project data effectively, providing clear insights on cost performance, forecasting, and budget reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of Project Controls frameworks, tools, and processes, including cost control, project performance management, and execution requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with experience in sales support, staffing, forecasting, and driving overall project performance.
