Job Description

Basic Functions

Handles stock movement report of FG-Vismin warehouses. Act as checker for outbound deliveries and transfer of stocks to ACSI and Vismin. Encodes and summarizes sales volume for frozen products, and billing of manpower agencies and merchandizers.

Responsibilities

• Assigned as checker during load-out of outbound deliveries, stocks transfer in ACSI & Vismin warehouses, RTV’s from customer and witness the disposal of scrap/waste materials from production area.
• Summarize sales volume for delivered frozen products and house sales products.
• Maintain monthly Stock Movement Report per Vismin warehouse of finished goods inventory.
• Coordinate with Vismin warehouse custodian for the reconciliation of inventory variances.
• Checking billing of manpower agency (merchandiser and production workers) and prepare summary of expenses for AP preparation.
• Monitors and summarize monthly actual agency billing.
• Monitors movement of FG based on gate pass issuances and prepares Journal Voucher entry.
• Monitors Gate pass for disposal of Scrap/waste materials (buying & selling).
• Conducts and assists monthly cycle count of all inventories in dry warehouse and FG processed and canned products and assists immediate superior in annual physical count.
• Filing of documents (Gate Pass).
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
