Job summary

Outsourced Global Staff is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist for Cosmetics & Homecare (Homebased). You will own regulatory reviews to ensure U.S. regulatory compliance, coordinating with leadership and cross-functional teams to support product launches and regulatory submissions.

The role requires hands-on U.S. cosmetics/homecare regulatory experience, strong technical writing, and the ability to manage multiple global projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of regulatory affairs experience in cosmetics/homecare or related.
• Hands-on regulatory experience for U.S. cosmetics and homecare required.
• Ability to independently review formulations, ingredients, labeling, and documentation.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently review product formulations, ingredients, packaging, labeling, and claims for U.S. compliance.
• Review ingredient concentrations, calculations, and technical information accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain dossiers, ingredient lists, and supplier declarations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and teams to obtain accurate regulatory documentation.
• Support FDA/MoCRA compliance and product listings where applicable.
• Track regulatory changes and manage assigned regulatory projects to deadlines.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders.
