Job summary

Dermesse Inc. in Pasay, Philippines, seeks a Regulatory Affairs professional to ensure skincare and haircare products meet regulatory requirements, including registrations, documentation, and submissions.

You will review labels and technical documents, coordinate with R&D, QA, Marketing, and other teams, monitor regulatory updates, and maintain meticulous regulatory records to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Pharmacist, Chemist, or Chemical Engineer preferred/required depending on regulatory scope.
• 2–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and cosmetic product registration.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process regulatory documents and product registrations.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and applicable cosmetic regulations.
• Review product labels, claims, formulations, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA, Marketing, and other departments on regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely compliance.
• Maintain accurate regulatory records and documentation.
