Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Corporate Servicing Head to oversee the Corporate Servicing Officers and provide exceptional support for day-to-day transactions of Corporate Banking clients. The role leads a team to exceed metrics and facilitates processing of Syndicated Term Loans and other complex transactions.

The position requires 2–3 years of related experience and deep knowledge of banking products, lending processes, and regulatory environment to ensure timely and accurate

• Supervises the implementation and provision of support for Corporate Banking clients.
• Ensures day-to-day activities and requests of corporate clients are assigned and provided on time.
• Manages workload balancing to meet SLAs.
• Proposes improvements to current processes for operational excellence.
• Prepares and analyzes statistics reports; monitors daily transactions.
• Coaches, mentors and supervises the servicing team to achieve goals.
• Facilitates onboarding of accounts and complex transactions including Syndicated Term Loans and bonds.

The Corporate Servicing Head oversees the Corporate Servicing Officers which provides exceptional support to the overall day-to-day transactions of Corporate Banking clients and ensure that all the activities, requests and concerns of clients are addressed accordingly. S/He is responsible for leading the team to exceed agreed metrics and will facilitate processing of Syndicated Term Loans or other complex transactions.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises the implementation and provision of support for Corporate Banking clients.


• Ensures that all day-to-day activities, requests, and concerns of corporate clients are assigned and provided to client on time. Manages and monitors load balancing of team members to ensure that all requests are facilitated within agreed Service Level Agreements.


• Works with units within and outside the department to assess, propose and assist improvement points in execution of initiatives that will transform current / dated processes and promote operational excellence.


• Prepares and analyzes needed statistics report and monitors daily status of transactions.


• Leads the team through effective coaching, mentoring and supervising in the achievement of team goals, specifically in relation to the goals of servicing Corporate and Commercial Banking clients.


• Attends regular meetings and provides updates to Management, as needed.


• Facilitates and monitors complex transactions and onboarding of accounts on a specific product. Ensure that transactions and requests are properly documented and processed on time. Complex transactions include Syndicated Term Loans, Purchase of Bonds, and other complex transactions.
