Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Designer / Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role in fintech or high‑risk industries.
• Confidence in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Fluent in Russian and at least intermediate level of English.
