Autohub Group of Companies in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to manage casework, draft and review legal documents, and assist the Chief Legal Counsel in compliance monitoring. The role involves counseling, representation, and policy oversight.

The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor, has at least one year of relevant experience, and is a Bar passer.

Responsabilidades

• Handles internal administrative and external cases.
• Drafts, reviews and finalizes simple to complex legal documents and correspondences.
• Conducts counseling and/or mediation proceedings.
• Renders legal opinions as scheduled or assigned by Chief Legal Counsel.
• Attends hearings, mediations and external conferences.
• Monitors policy compliance of employees and advises on policy actions.
• Manages day-to-day activities of the division and reports accomplishments.
• Monitors staff performance and intervenes as needed.

Corporate Legal Counsel

Primarily in-charge of case management, legal documentation and review, legal representations, and assists the Chief Legal Counsel in carrying out legal counseling, compliance and monitoring.

Duties & Responsibilites:

1. Handles and monitors internal administrative cases and external cases.
2. Drafts, reviews and finalize simple, moderate to complex legal documents and correspondences.
3. Conducts counseling and/or mediation proceedings.
4. Renders legal opinions as scheduled or as may be assigned by the Chief Legal Counsel.
5. Attends to scheduled hearings, mediations and external conferences.
6. Monitors policy compliance of Autohub employees and recommends policy actions/strategies.
7. Manages the day-to-day activities of the division and submits Monthly and Semestral Accomplishment Reports of the Division.
8. Monitors staff performance based on the approved Performance Commitment Plan and institutes appropriate interventions/actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Juris Doctor
• With at least one (1) year relevant experience
• Bar passer
