Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in asset or investment management, corporate or business development, equity research, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution: Supports day-to-day execution of projects from idea to integration and performance reviews.
• Financial and Transaction Advisory: Provides analytical and execution support to SBUs as needed.
• Capability Building: Coaches junior team members on SOPs, best practices, and learnings from past transactions.
• Governance: Implements Investment Committee and Corporate Finance policies and processes.
• People Management: Trains and develops team members to improve technical competence.
• Relationship Building: Builds internal and external connections to secure inputs for outputs.
