POWER FOR ALL INCORPORATED seeks a Corporate Affairs Manager to lead strategies, policy development, and public communications across stakeholders in the Philippines. You will oversee press materials, manage external relations, and drive CSR initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation.

The role requires a track record of senior-level leadership, crisis management experience, and strong messaging across media and government channels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with at least 5 in a managerial role.
  • Experience in power, utilities and technologies sector and the related laws/regulations.
  • Proven relationships with local media, government and external bodies.
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear communications plans and messaging.
  • Emergency media response experience and crisis handling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Corporate Affairs strategies, programmes and policies for all stakeholders.
  • Oversee creation of press releases, media statements and public communications.
  • Design programmes to maintain a positive external image of the organization.
  • Manage information dissemination to targeted publics through appropriate channels.
  • Lead media-relations strategy to enhance goodwill and positive coverage.

  • Lead, motivate and develop departmental staff and benchmark best practices.
  • Manage the department budget and change initiatives to meet business goals.

Corporate Affairs Manager



  • Develop and implement appropriate Corporate Affairs strategies, programmes, content and policies for all stakeholders to achieve positive image & brand.

  • Oversee the creation of press releases, media statements, and other public communication.

  • Design programmes and content to create and maintain a positive image of the organization to the external public.

  • Manage the production and dissemination of information with targeted publics through appropriate channels in line with the corporate mission and vision.

  • Manage and coordinate research into stakeholder's perceptions and image of the organization, to achieve and maintain a positive reputation for the organization.

  • Prepare, Manage and Monitor the Corporate Affairs & External Relations Department budget.

  • Lead the implementation of the organization's media-relations strategy to enhance goodwill and positive coverage for the organization.

  • Co-lead Corporate Social Responsibility that champions and develops the ethical, environmentally friendly, and community-minded side of the organization. This would involve creating links between the organization and the community and raising positive awareness of the organization's commitment to sustainable social responsibility.

  • Develop and implement crisis management strategies to alleviate crisis situations and maintain a positive reputation.

  • Advise senior management on key strategic communications to uphold a positive image and reputation for the organization.

  • Lead, motivate and develop the departmental staff to achieve business and people objectives.

  • Identify, implement and benchmark best practices in management.

  • Manage and implement change initiatives to achieve desired business plans and culture.


Whom we need for a high-performance team


  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, of which at least 5 must have been at a managerial level

  • Knowledge within power, utilities and technologies sector and the associated laws and regulations

  • Experience building relationships with local media, government, and other external bodies

  • Ability to translate strategy / complex material into clear communication plans and messaging

  • Emergency media response experience and confidence in handling media enquiries in a crisis

  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and deliver to deadlines

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with an ability to network and interact at all levels

  • Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office, social media and latest digital platforms

  • Experience in research and content development

  • Experience events management
