Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage corporate accounting activities, including AP, reporting, audit prep and tax declaration support. You will work with client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration, guidance to junior staff, and process improvements within a hybrid work setup in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree or are partly qualified in ACCA/ACA, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
• You have at least two years of experience preparing or reviewing financial statements.
• You possess knowledge of IFRS and relevant GAAP accounting standards and their practical application.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience working with Dynamics 365.
• You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English

Responsibilities

• You will prepare and review financial statements and assist with audit preparation.

Job Description

THIS ROLE

you will play a key role in managing a broad range of corporate accounting activities, including accounts payable processes, periodic and annual financial reporting, audit preparation, and tax declaration support. In this position, you will build strong relationships with both existing and new clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and delivering customer-focused solutions. You will work with complex client portfolios while providing guidance and support to less experienced team members, ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service delivery. As regulatory requirements and KYC obligations continue to evolve, you will help maintain compliance while identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence. What You Will Do
