Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a CASA/Common Services SME to support a core banking transformation program built on Oracle FLEXCUBE in Manila. The SME will own CASA and Common Services streams, driving requirement analysis and To-Be solution design.

The role requires hands-on, end-to-end delivery experience in core banking transformations, and comfort working with product vendors to challenge and finalize the To-Be design. Philippines-based engagement throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation experience covering CASA and Common Services modules.
• Proven ability to drive requirement analysis and To-Be system design.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present options to senior stakeholders.
• 10+ years IT experience in core banking transformations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CASA workflow requirements and Common Services configuration on Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Support data mapping and integration design for CASA/Common Services with payments, GL, and reporting.
• Prepare and own Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) and drive review sign-off.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and vendors to validate requirements.
• Support SIT/UAT planning and triage integration defects.
• Manage multi-vendor, multi-country team and escalate risks.
