Job summary

Propelrr in the Philippines is seeking a copywriter to translate client briefs into compelling advertising copy and web content. You will craft headlines, body text, and digital assets while ensuring SEO considerations and brand consistency.

With 1–3 years in copywriting or digital marketing, you will collaborate with the content & creative team and marketing to align tone, strategy, and performance across channels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of copywriting experience or related digital marketing fields.

Responsibilities

• Translate ideas into compelling copies that meet client and audience needs.
• Concept creation from creative briefs aligned with objectives and strategy.
• Write advertising copy, literature, and presentations with correct grammar and spelling.

• Incorporate copy frameworks and SEO/PPC recommendations into the copies.
• Study products, audience, and competitors to inform the copy.
• Brainstorm visual and copy ideas with the content & creative team.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure tone aligns with brand guidelines.
• Translate creative direction from briefs into engaging copies.
• Stay updated on web writing, social media trends, and UX best practices.
• Amend and redevelop copies/content; oversee the copywriting process.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Translate ideas into compelling copies that answer the needs of the client, company, and the intended target audience;
• 2. Come up with concepts based on a creative brief that addresses the strategic objectives, aligns with the content strategy, and translates that concept into a comprehensive written work;
• 3. Compose advertising copy, literature, concept rationales, or written presentations that use the correct sentence structure, choice of words, punctuation usage, and spelling;
• 4. Compose copies that can include headlines, slogans, catchphrases, straplines, and body copies, articles, content for websites, landing pages, social media, ads, blogs, mobile applications, other marketing collaterals online and offline;
• 5. Incorporate different copywriting frameworks and SEO/PPC recommendations into the copies;
• 6. Study clients’ products and services, the target audience, and the competitors’ activities/propositions and strategies;"
• 7. Brainstorm visual and copy ideas with other members of the content & creative team;
• 8. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with the visual tone, style, and brand guidelines;
• 9. Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copies;
• 10. Keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends;
• 11. Amend, revise, and redevelop copies/content; 12. Actively follow and oversee the content/copywriting process;

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years Copywriting Experience, Digital Marketing, or related fields
