Screen + Surface is seeking a creative Copywriter with agency experience to craft messaging across digital, social, print, video, and integrated campaigns. You will develop concepts, write headlines, taglines, and scripts, and ensure brand voice consistency.

Required 2–4 years of copywriting experience with a solid portfolio. Strong writing and editing skills, plus the ability to adapt across media formats and tones, are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and messaging for advertising and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Write headlines, taglines, social media content, website content, scripts, and campaign materials.
• Translate briefs and strategic insights into clear, engaging, and audience-focused messaging.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and Account teams on campaign development.
• Contribute to brainstorming and creative concept development.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across platforms.
• Edit and proofread materials before release.
• Present creative concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
• Stay current on advertising, marketing, and cultural trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, English, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 2-4 years of copywriting experience in an advertising, creative, or marketing agency is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and campaign work.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to adapt writing across different tones, industries, and media formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
