Fiber Home in Mandaluyong City is seeking a Project Supervisor (Copper) to oversee copper-based infrastructure projects within our electrical and electronic engineering operations. This full-time role emphasizes safe, timely, and quality installations and upgrades across sites.

You will supervise daily site activities, monitor progress and budgets, mentor technicians and engineers, inspect copper installations, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in electrical/electronic engineering project supervision, with copper infrastructure or telecommunications cabling exposure.
• Strong knowledge of copper cabling standards and installation techniques.
• Proven project management skills including planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Excellent supervisory and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations for electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for copper projects, ensuring quality and safety.
• Monitor progress, timelines, and budgets to keep projects on schedule and within resources.
• Mentor technicians and engineers, providing direction and training.
• Inspect copper installations to verify compliance with specs and regulations.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays and costs.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including reports and logs.
• Coordinate with departments and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on sites.
• Troubleshoot copper installation issues and optimize performance.
• Conduct training sessions on new procedures and safety protocols.
