Rankona Mazon seeks an Amazon Image Brief & Conversion Associate to own listing conversion. You will analyze listings, pull reviews, identify pain points, and craft image briefs that convert, while ensuring brand standards and policy compliance across markets.

The role blends analysis, brief-writing, and QA without performing artwork. The candidate should excel in data extraction, AI-assisted workflows, and cross-market listings, with a strong emphasis on English proficiency and actionable

Qualifications

• Two to three or more years working directly on Amazon listings
• A real point of view on what makes an Amazon listing convert, with examples
• Fluent in Amazon image policy and mobile gallery behavior
• Experience improving listings using return data or reviews
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: pivots, lookups, merges
• Build with AI: projects, prompts, reusable prompts or skills
• Experience with Helium 10 and Jungle Scout
• Experience listing for non-US marketplaces
• Evidence-only discipline and asking questions when data is missing
• Fluent written English and ability to run your own queue
• Knowledge of localising images for different markets using AI

Responsibilities

• Diagnose why a listing is not converting and identify gaps in the gallery
• Know the purpose of each image slot and the order to address buyer objections
• Rank seven USPs by click-winning and return-preventing value
• Write briefs for each slot with a single message, headline, subline, and up to four callouts
• Apply the two-second rule: one idea per image, legible at thumbnail size
• Follow the client’s brand book and specify asset reuse and file locations
• Maintain accurate sizing and consistency across back-end and front-end specs
• Honor Amazon image policy: no prices, ratings, or badges in main image
• QA returned files against the brief with rationale on issues
