High Scale is seeking a Marketing Copywriter to craft high-converting video scripts and ad copy for UGC creators, with a focus on direct response. You’ll structure scripts around proven frameworks and tailor tone for diverse brands, from Gen Z skincare to luxury goods.

You’ll collaborate with Strategy and production teams to test hooks, optimize scripts, and drive sales while maintaining crisp, persuasive writing. This role supports a fast-paced agency culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of copywriting experience for DTC brands, e-commerce, or performance marketing agencies.
• Strong command of American English idioms/slang and culture for effective ads.

Responsibilities

• Write high-converting video scripts for UGC creators, actors, and voice-over artists.
• Develop creative concepts and angles; brainstorm hooks and test different approaches.
• Write ad copy and headlines for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads; ensure tone matches brand persona.
• Iterate based on performance data with Strategy team; refresh winning ads with new variations.
