Chronos Agency in Manila is seeking a skilled conversion copywriter to craft email and SMS content for multiple ecommerce brands. You will turn briefs into subject lines, headlines, body copy and CTAs that fit each brand voice and drive clicks.

You’ll work across 4–6 client accounts, delivering one-off campaigns and automated flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, winback) with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years writing conversion copy, with ecommerce email or SMS experience.
• Native-level English for US/UK/Australia audiences.
• A live portfolio you can walk us through showing what it achieved.
• Strong grasp of direct-response principles: awareness, benefits, urgency.
• Ability to switch between distinct brand voices without quality loss.
• Comfort with fast-turnaround, deadline-driven agency work across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Write email campaign copy: subject lines, previews, headlines, body copy and CTAs.
• Refresh automated flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback, sunset.
• Write SMS and MMS messages within tight character limits and compliance rules.
• Maintain client voice, product facts, and guardrails; avoid false claims.
• Create variants for A/B tests and apply results to future copy.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and layout land together.
• Incorporate feedback from Copy Lead and strategists with 24-hour turnaround.
• Meet weekly output targets across client accounts and deadlines.
