Alignerr is seeking a Conversation Quality Analyst (AI Training) to evaluate AI-generated dialogues from a remote, hourly contract role. You will rate naturalness, tone, helpfulness, and flow across diverse topics, identifying robotic phrasing and inconsistencies.

What You'll Do

• Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations across a wide range of topics and contexts
